Analog Signal
An analog signal is a continuous signal for which the time-varying feature (variable) of the signal is a representation of some other time-varying quantity. It refers to electrical signals. It is represented by a sine wave.

An analog signal can be used to measure change in same physical phenomena such as light, sound, etc.
Advantage of Analog Signal
(1) Analog signal is an infinite amount of data.
(2) Density is much higher.
(3) Easy processing.
Disadvantages of Analog Signal
(1) Unwanted noise in the recording.
(2) Generation loss is also a big can of the analog signal.
(3) If we transmit data long distances then unwanted disturbance is found.
